Founder & Program Director
Victoria founded Signature Donors with a clear mission: to simplify the egg donation process, bring financial transparency to an often confusing space, and create a truly personalized experience for every intended parent. Her inspiration came not only from a family legacy in Reproductive Medicine but from her own desire to build a company rooted in empathy, innovation, and care.
With a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing Communications, Victoria has spent her career at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and human connection—developing streamlined systems to match intended parents with the most suitable donor candidates. She’s passionate about making the path to parenthood more accessible, informed, and emotionally supported.
Based in New York City, Victoria leads Signature Donors with heart, vision, and a deep belief in the power of family—whatever form it may take. She’s also the proud dog mom of a miniature dachshund puppy named Luca, who keeps her company during long workdays and client calls alike.
As a female founder, Victoria is committed not only to supporting parents, but also to creating a respectful and comfortable journey for every donor—ensuring they feel valued, safe, and cared for.

Celsey Benson
Onboarding & Case Manager
Celsey brings a unique and deeply empathetic perspective to her role at Signature Donors, drawing from her personal experience as both a mother and a surrogate. Based in Arizona, she understands firsthand the emotional and logistical journey that comes with building families through third-party reproduction.
Celsey was drawn to Signature Donors because of founder Victoria’s unwavering commitment to ensuring that both donors and intended parents feel valued, safe, and genuinely cared for. That mission is reflected in every step of the process, and it’s what fuels Celsey’s passion for her work.
Before joining Signature, Celsey worked as a veterinary technician, where her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and nurturing nature made her a trusted caregiver. She now brings those same strengths to donor coordination—guiding each individual through the intake and screening process with warmth, clarity, and respect.
Known for her upbeat energy and natural organizational skills, Celsey is dedicated to making every donor feel seen, heard, and supported. Her work is not just a job—it’s a heartfelt mission.
Outside of work, Celsey enjoys exploring new places with her husband and daughter, making the most of everyday adventures together.
